Designing UX to Consider Cognitive Load
In User Experience, our goal is to constantly improve our customer’s interaction with our product. We iterate on our feature designs based on insights and feedback from user experience evaluations. This cyclical process brings us ever closer to a product that is intuitive, useful, and delightful for its users.
The Role of Trust in User Experience
What is the role of trust in creating and testing user experience? Trust is of paramount importance to the user experience of our products, and I believe user experience is the primary means by which Shield AI builds trust with our customers. The reliability of our aerial robotic systems and the ease of interaction with those systems allow us to break down the barriers of communication between human and robot.
How to Evaluate User Experience
This past July I joined Shield AI, and so far it has been an experience designer’s dream. To work on a system that combines the physical and the digital, to create for a high-stakes use environment where design really matters, and to serve people who are committed to protecting others has been an opportunity that has proven both stimulating and challenging. As part of my responsibilities as UX (User Experience) Designer, I have been planning and conducting user evaluations for our work in development.
